All classes require a pre-enrollment through the MindBody app. This can be downloaded from the App Store.

Class enrollments close 1 hour prior to start time for planning purposes. All students should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.-Senior Flex Monthly Membership only includes Better Back, Chair Yoga, Gentle Flow, Yin/Deep Stretch classes, it does NOT include Barre, Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, or Vinyasa Flow classes.
