Birthday Parties at CKDW

Parties are available on select Saturdays from 12:30-2:00 pm, with a 30-minute set-up and clean-up window before and after the party.

Character Add-On:
$200 additional for a 1-hour visit from Princess Belle or Elsa. Please specify which character you would like to attend in your registration form.
Party Package:
$300 Birthday Package includes up to 10 guests, event space, table/chairs, studio dance space, and instructor/facilitator.
$10/child for each additional guest. One parent per child is allowed inside CK DanceWorks. Siblings are not permitted to enter unless they are counted as attendees.
A signed birthday contract and a $300 non-refundable payment are required to secure a party booking with CK DanceWorks. The remaining balance of your party fee (amount varies depending on the add-ons chosen) will be automatically charged 72 hours prior to the party date. Your final guest count will be due 72 hours prior to the party date. All children attending will need to have a signed waiver by their parent or guardian in order for them to participate. With the exception of the birthday child, guests may bring ONE parent or guardian to accompany them to the party.
After a party is booked, there are NO refunds.
Children do NOT need to be registered for classes at CK DanceWorks to have their birthday party at the studio. Our birthday parties are open to all children!
Policies
I understand this rental does not include invitations, food/drink, cake/cupcakes, candles, cake cutters, and paper products. You may supply balloons, decorations, and goodie bags. Items not allowed: silly string, confetti, glitter, gum, paint, sparklers, alcohol. Tape or stickers are not allowed on CKDW walls or surface areas.
We provide a fun birthday dance class, an activity, and a special gift for the birthday child. Your birthday party rental includes one CKDW staff member, one party assistant, use of DANCE ROOM #1, restrooms, music/dancing/games that coordinate with your theme, and set up/clean up.

One parent will be allowed to accompany each party guest inside CKDW. Siblings are not permitted inside CKDW unless counted as party guests. Your final guest count and waivers will be due 72 hours prior to the party date. With the exception of the birthday child, guests may bring ONE parent or guardian to accompany them to the party. I agree to inform all of the guests of these studio rules.
I understand and agree that this contract requires the full $300 payment to secure a party booking with CK DanceWorks. The remaining balance for any add-ons, including additional guests, will be due 72 hours prior to the scheduled party date.
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless CK DanceWorks, its owners, staff, and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or en route to or from any of said premises. I understand that appropriate physical contact is required during the instruction of dance & acro, and I give permission for instructors to make appropriate physical contact with me or my child for such instruction. CK runs extensive background checks on all employees. I release liability and hold harmless CK DanceWorks from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained from the use of any equipment, including all barres, yoga equipment, dance, and acro equipment.
Once a party is booked, we do not offer refunds.
As the legal parent or guardian, I give permission to CK DanceWorks Inc., its owners, and its operators to seek medical treatment for the participant if they cannot reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or conditions and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
I understand that all children attending will need to have a signed waiver by their parent or guardian in order for them to participate. These will be sent to you via email for those parents not attending and will be available at check-in for those attending with their child.
