Birthday Parties at CKDW
Celebrate your dancer’s big day with a themed dance party at the studio — open to all children, whether or not they’re currently enrolled in classes.
Select Saturdays
Parties run 12:30–2:00 PM, with a 30-minute set-up and clean-up window before and after. Select dates are available upon request.
$300 Base Package
Includes up to 10 guests, event space, tables/chairs, studio dance space, and an instructor/facilitator. $10/child for each additional guest.
+$200 Visit
A 1-hour visit from Princess Belle or Elsa. Please specify your preferred character on your registration form.

Taylor Swift–ThemedOne parent per child is allowed inside CK DanceWorks; siblings may not enter unless they are counted as attendees. A signed birthday contract and a $300 non-refundable payment are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance (based on chosen add-ons) will be automatically charged 72 hours prior to the party date, at which point your final guest count is also due.
All children attending must have a signed waiver from their parent or guardian to participate. Once a party is booked, there are no refunds.
Children do NOT need to be registered for classes at CK DanceWorks to book a party — our birthday parties are open to all children!
Policies
Decoration & Activities Policy
This rental does not include invitations, food/drink, cake/cupcakes, candles, cake cutters, or paper products. You may supply balloons, decorations, and goodie bags. Items not allowed: silly string, confetti, glitter, gum, paint, sparklers, and alcohol. Tape or stickers are not allowed on CKDW walls or surfaces.
What’s Included
We provide a fun birthday dance class, an activity, and a special gift for the birthday child. Your rental includes one CKDW staff member, one party assistant, use of Dance Room #1, restrooms, themed music/dancing/games, and set-up/clean-up.
Party Spectator Policy
One parent may accompany each party guest inside CKDW. Siblings are not permitted inside unless counted as party guests. Final guest count and waivers are due 72 hours prior to the party date. With the exception of the birthday child, guests may bring ONE parent or guardian.
Booking Fee Policy
A full $300 payment is required to secure a party booking. The remaining balance for any add-ons, including additional guests, is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled party date.
Waiver Release
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless CK DanceWorks, its owners, staff, and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned while on the premises or en route. I understand appropriate physical contact is required during dance and acro instruction and give permission for instructors to make appropriate contact for such instruction. CK runs extensive background checks on all employees and is released from liability for loss, damage, or injury from the use of any equipment, including barres, yoga, dance, and acro equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Once a party is booked, we do not offer refunds.
Medical Emergency Policy
As the legal parent or guardian, I give permission to CK DanceWorks, its owners, and its operators to seek medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached. I declare any physical/mental conditions or restrictions and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Party Guest Waivers
All children attending must have a signed waiver from their parent or guardian to participate. Waivers are emailed in advance for parents not attending, and available at check-in for those attending with their child.
