Acro 2/3: Skills required: cartwheels on both sides, handstands, round-offs, one-handed cartwheels, running cartwheel.

Acro 4/5: Skills required: cartwheels both sides, handstands, round-offs, one-handed cartwheels, running cartwheel, backbend kick-over, front limber, backbend from standing, back walkover, front walkover, stag handstands
