Andrea

ANDREA CORTES

Andrea is from Mexico City, she started practicing yoga 6 years ago and from there she decided to get certified to deepen her practice and help others. She realized how much yoga can help physically and mentally. Yoga became part of her life and primary focus. She is also certified in Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Wheel, Health Coach, and Reiki. Her classes are focused on incorporating, pranayama, body awareness, flexibility, strength, and balance.
Paige

PAIGE HINTON

Paige Hinton is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She is known for her insights, playfulness, compassion for people of all body types, sense of humor, and deep love for yoga. She brings a unique guidance and teaching style to her students to facilitate their transformation physically and mentally. Paige was a professional dancer in New York City for 15 years and brings her love of movement to her yoga sequencing with a creative play on the mat while focusing on proper alignment to allow space in the body for healing. Yoga philosophy is infused through the practice with warm, tender love and laughter. Paige specializes in guiding beginners who are new to their yoga journey through advanced students who are continuing to show up every day to their practice.

APRIL McLAIN

April began her love of the human body and what it is capable of when she was introduced to chiropractic. She became an X-ray Technician and Chiropractic Assistant. She followed up with certifications with Trinity School of Natural Health, Life Power Yoga Teacher Training, Silver Sneakers Yoga and Classic, and a Stretch Instructor Certification through the American Sports and Fitness Association. April teaches Vinyasa Flow, Beginner Slow Flow, Yin, and Silver Sneakers Yoga at CK. April lives in our community with her husband and has 4 children. She is a proud Wolfpack fan!

KATIE SLOAN

Katie is an Australian now living in North Georgia and is passionate about seeing women find freedom through breath and movement in yoga. Many of her classes are catered to beginners and have a Hatha Yoga theme. After having a serious accident a year and a half ago and shattering her arm, yoga became her form of rehabilitation and healing in heart and body through this movement. She now aims to provide the same space for others.

Tatiana Cicchelli

Tatiana is an E-RYT 500 hour yoga teacher. Combining divine feminine exploration, anatomy, and physical therapy, Tati’s classes are designed to put you closer in touch with your most authentic self; free from expectations or external pressures. Incorporating spirituality, anatomical insight, energy work, and powerful flows, each one joins asana, mudras, and meditation while holding space for self-discovery. Fun, sweaty, and energetic her classes tap into the body’s strength and intuitive intelligence. In her classes, you will discover about yourself and what you are capable of while moving in a way that feels good.
Sydney Roth

Sydney Roth

Sydney Roth (RYT-200) found the physical practice of yoga several years ago as a way to support her body throughout her struggle with chronic illness and as a way to recover from her other physical hobbies. After her first few classes, she fell in love with how it made her body (and mind) feel. On and off for many years, Sydney found herself coming to the the mat to center herself. When Sydney’s battle with chronic illness felt overwhelming, she could always rely on yoga to be a pillar of support in her life. Loving the way yoga made her feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually, Sydney decided to start yoga teacher training in 2019 so that she could share her passion for the practice with others. She was blown away with how much more yoga had to offer her than just the physical practice and how much the philosophy of yoga transformed her life.One of Sydney’s favorite things about yoga is how it meets you where you are each day and is therefore non-competitive. Yoga isn’t about how perfectly you do each pose, it’s about connecting with your body, mind, and soul. This is one of the many reasons why Sydney feels that yoga is such a powerful path of self love and why she is so passionate about sharing it with others.
Jaci Sorg

Jaci Sorg

Jaci born and raised in Ga. has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. She illuminates positive energy in her classes and her life. She has always had a passion for helping others and became a certified Pilates Instructor. Jaci loves improving her strength, flexibility, and endurance through her practice. She lives in the Cedarcrest community with her husband, and also enjoys hiking, biking, and loving on her fur babies. Jaci is certified in mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Magic circle, Bosu, Springboard, and TRX.
