Tricia is cheerful, kind, and enthusiastic about sharing Yoga. She began her Yoga teacher training journey in 2009 and is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and has taught classes for 13 years. She is currently working on her 500-hour teacher training with emphasis on becoming trauma-informed. She has implemented Yoga to overcome anxiety and depression, which she was diagnosed with in her twenties. On a fun note, Tricia often weaves stories into her classes and strives to create an environment that makes you feel welcome, safe, and encouraged. Tricia is a forever student of the practice and enjoys sharing the lessons she learns along the way. Styles of Yoga taught are, Vinyasa or flow, Restorative, Seniors or Chair, mat Pilates, and Kids.
